Synchronizing with the PC |
Top |
This requires a Palm Conduit (provided) to be installed on the PC to synchronize the Palm with.
A conduit is a piece of software that reads the Palm database, and uploads it to the PC. This is triggerred
during the synchronization process, just like for your addresses, todo list, agenda, etc.
The EMT Assistant comes with its own Conduit, for you to upload the data you've entered on the Palm
to the PC. After doing so, you can modify or rework the data, edit a report, etc, from the PC.
Generating the Report |

Several formats are available, pdf (acrobat) or Word (Microsoft).
The Word format can be reworked and edited, as opposed to the pdf one, but the pdf can be read on
mostly any system, as opposed to Word that is only good for Windows.
